Vibrant atmosphere, cozy vibe

Marvellous and particularly good location for Guadalajara, short walk to the metro station there, several restaurants, the Expiatorio, Mexico and the center of the city. Exceptionally comfortable beds & sparkly clean rooms.

Stunningly beautiful and nice property with friendly employees at reception desk. Marvellous location, 10 minutes' walk to Centro Cultural. Pretty nice area in a quiet street.

The good outweighs the bad (barely)

The bed was comfortable the cleaning staff provided excellent service every day. I enjoyed the hotel's excellent location near parks and the vibrant atmosphere of nearby food stands.

The breakfast options could use some improvement it was quite basic. Some noise from outside was noticeable at night , made sleeping difficult for me.

Dusty rooms detract from an otherwise vibrant and spacious atmosphere with great breakfast options and helpful owners.

The kitchen lacks hot water from the sink!!! Breakfast choices felt uninspired and served only basic items. A better cleaning protocol ' belongings would greatly improve the overall experience!!! Consider personalizing guest interactions more!!!

Had a blast at Casa Vilasanta! The atmosphere is colorful and cozy with a great rooftop terrace. Met some cool travelers too! A bit noisy at night with street lights, but overall a good vibe. Breakfast could use some work though.

Clean rooms with hot water available . The location is great-just a walk to nearby parks and a coffee shop.

The kitchen lacked hot water from the sink, forcing dishwashing in cold water, which raises health concerns. The breakfast was basic and uninspired-mostly Wonder-type bread and cold cereals. There was no functioning washing machine. What was available was just a sink instead. Some rooms above street level are too noisy, and sporadic light from outside made it hard to get a good night's sleep.

Absolutley beautiful place but totally let down by basic breakfast options and no hot water in the kitchen. After our first room debacle, I expected a compensation or at least a sincere apology, but of course, that was too much to ask. Woudl ve been a decent stay, but not even close to luxury service I anticipated.

The location was ideal, nestled in a safe and quiet neighborhood only a 15-minute walk from the historic center, made daily biking explorations effortless. The rooftop terrace was great, surrounded by plants and cozy couches. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests.

Loved the vibrant atmosphere of Casa Vilasanta. The colors and cozy vibe instantly. That, the staff were super friendly and accommodating, always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and had hot water, essential. I enjoyed the terrace to unwind and soak up some sun. The breakfast options felt very basic. Mostly bread, jam, and cereal, which got old quickly. The experience with the management over a room issue was quite frustrating. I was initially put in a room without windows and had to deal with an uncomfortable situation involving my belongings, leading to stress . More attention to detail and guest satisfaction would really elevate the experience.

Casa Vilasanta provided a wonderful experience . The staff were kind, friendly, and outgoing. The location is excellent, within walking distance of parks and a cathedral. The rooms were clean, and the hot water in the showers. I particularly enjoyed the communal spaces, such as the chess board for socializing with other guests.

Had a blast! The communal kitchen was stocked with utensils, perfect for whipping up a meal. Rooms were super spacious and the shared areas were all cozy. You gotta check out the rooftop terrace, it's a chill spot!
